Bleck Design Group is a full-services industrial design and mechanical engineering firm, providing complex problem solving and product development services for electronic and computer products. Bleck Design Group's design of the Polycom sound station and accessible voting machine have been recognized by Business Week Magazine as two of the most significant designs of the 90's. Their Chelmsford headquarters is located in a converted turn-of-the-century textile mill. A combination of very old and up-to-the-minute elements were employed to convert the space into a design studio. Hickory floors and painted brick walls were restored as a backdrop for the high design work created within. Video conferencing and an exposed fabric duct system are additional elements reinforcing the high tech theme.
