Located in the Main Street District of downtown Libertyville, IL, this sustainable design provides 13,800 square feet mixed use modern office and retail space within an historic context delivered at a cost of $125/square foot including all fees, partial demolition and adaptive reuse of the existing building, site development, over 11,000 square feet of all new solid brick and stone masonry construction, and remodeling of the remaining 2,800 square foot existing building.  Built by talented local union craftsman, the project was completed in 9 months spanning the winter construction season.
